Reece's Peanut Butter Cups

This recipe always reminds me of the holidays. My mom would make these for every family party and I love them! This is my mom's recipes, they are super easy and delicious for those non-bakers out there.

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
40 mini Reece's Peanut Butter cups, unwrapped

Directions:
First, the oven needs to be preheated to 375. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda together in a small bowl. In a larger bowl, cream butter, sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar. You want the mixture to be fluffy. Then, beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Next, you want to slowly add the flour mixture (small bowl) and mix well. There should be enough dough to roll about 40 balls. Place them in a mini-cupcake pan and bake for 8 min. Immediately put one Reece's cup in each ball. The cookies will need to cool before they can be taken out of the pan. Finally, it's time to enjoy!

Peanut Butter Lovers

No bake cookies are the easiest, most tasty dessert someone can make! There are so many recipes out there that you can make your own adjustments to for your specific taste. This recipe of peanut butter no bake cookies is my favorite because it is full of peanut butter taste.

Ingrediants:
2 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter (add up to 3/4 cup to make it extra peanut butter)
3 cup quick oatmeal
1 1/2 cup of reeces pieces

*Feel free to add any other small candy, m&m's or crushed up candy bars for added taste*

Bring sugar, milk, and butter to a boil for one minute in a large pot over medium high heat. Remove from the heat and add vanilla, salt, and peanut butter. Stir until it has a creamy consistency. Then add oats until completely mixed. Finally add candy and mix completely.
Using a spoon, make 2 in drops of the peanut butter mixture onto waxed paper. The cookies need about 15-20 minutes to set. You can enjoy them warm or place in an airtight container in the fridge and eat them cold!

This is a great, easy dessert for every peanut butter lover!

Late Night Snack

I love popcorn! Whats not to love, it's tasty and easy to make. I recently discovered the perfect dessert recipe involving one of my favorite snacks. It is just as easy and quick as making regular popcorn.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of butter
10 large marshmallows (you mad add more/less for personal preference)
bowl of regular popcorn

Microwave brown sugar and butter first for two minutes, then add the marshmallows. Place back into the microwave until the marshmallows are melted. This will take about a minute and a half to two minutes. Pour over popcorn and mix. Then enjoy an extra twist to a favorite, easy snack!

Peanut Butter Cookies

This is my favorite recipe for peanut butter cookies I have found, and I make peanut butter cookies a lot! I love this recipe because the ingredients are simple and it has never taken me more than 20 minutes to make them (including prep time!).

Ingrediants:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg

Begin with preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Take the peanut butter and sugar and mix them together first. Then add the egg and baking soda. I like to roll the dough and place the it about two inches apart from each other. I always add extra sugar on top before I put it into the oven. The cookies only need to be in the oven for 10-12 minutes, then they are ready to eat!

Enjoy the easiest, most delicious peanut butter cookie recipe!
